How I Practice Manifestation

“As we shift internally, the external world will respond.”

What if I told you your future self has already achieved your wildest dreams, and you just have to connect the dots to get there? This is how I perceive the process of manifestation. Acting as if you already have what you desire sends out a message to the universe (God, higher self, or whatever you believe) that you’re in a state of abundance, which makes you magnetic to the things you wish to attract. Putting out things like “I wish I had” sends the message that you’re in a state of lack, which reaffirms that you don’t have what you wish to attract.

Manifestation is not about knowing exactly how you will get what you want. It’s about knowing that it is already yours and aligning yourself on a path that will take you there. The timing is not in your control. While a big part of manifestation is embodying what it feels like to “have it,” the other key ingredient is action. You cannot force the outcome, but you must move intentionally. The things you attract will surprise you, for better or for worse. Keep going. Everything happens for a reason and there is a lesson to be learned that will push you closer.
